We Care Auto Wash

I missed the old owners. Those people valued loyalty and regular customers. This new guy is all about the money. Raised the price and reclassified My vehicle has being $35 more than what I’m used to paying. All for a basic interior exterior. I know people that I’ll come to your house to do it for less. Sad

I got the basic interior and exterior wash for 70 bucks on my SUV. I used to visit this place frequently when it was run by the previous owner because the service provided good value for the price. For example, they used to charge 55 bucks for the basic interior and exterior wash. In comparison, while the price has gone up, the quality of the job hasn't increased. In fact, it is about the same, if not worse. For example, when I used to visit this place previously, after a basic interior and exterior wash, the entire car inside and out was spotless. However after today's wash, I noticed several spots inside the car- that I was eventually able to remove on my own using a water wipe. Finally, I saw a worker wipe the wheels dry on a car right in front of me after a wash but a different worker did not provide the same service on my car. He happily obliged when I told him about this but it reflects a lack of either proper training or understanding of protocol on part of the employees. All in all, I would not revisit because there are other places, like the ecowash in Tysons where you can get the same service at the same price in a better location (more things to do while you wait). This place has gone downhill badly. Waited 2.5hr for a car wash when it’s not even busy, and mine was the second car in line. The wash was not even good. They definitely skipped the trunk and I the spots that cannot be seen without opening the doors. I had to use wet wipe to clean them up after going home. Such a waste of time and money, and I even gave $10 tips for a bad wash. Next time I’ll just pay a few dollar for vacuum at the gas station and clean the interior myself.

I've been going to We Care Auto Wash for over 6 years now and they always do a fantastic job with both my cars (even the one with 30 year old paint). Love that they're purely handwash (and very reasonably priced for a pure handwash place) unlike a lot of the other car washes in the area and are a locally owned business. They always treat me very well and this is the only place I take my cars to and will continue to do so.
